Where data lives

• Deployed workloads and managed databases: in the region you choose per project — Riyadh or London today.
• Your own servers (BYOS): your application data stays entirely on your infrastructure and does not move to our managed infrastructure.
• Account data, project configuration and build logs: on Nashir's operational infrastructure, to run the platform.

Choosing a region

You pick each project's region at creation, and its workloads and managed databases stay there.

Roles

For your applications' user data, you are the controller; Nashir processes it on your behalf only as far as running and hosting your application requires.

Deletion and export

When you delete a service or your account, its data is removed from our managed infrastructure within a reasonable period. You can request an export of your data at any time via the email below.
