Cancellation & Refunds

Billing cycle

Subscriptions are monthly in Saudi Riyal and renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the dashboard. Your service continues until the end of the paid period, and nothing is charged after that.

Refunds

The current month is not refunded on cancellation. Overages billed for usage already consumed are non-refundable.

The Free plan involves no payments at all — it stops at its limits and never upgrades itself to a paid plan.

Billing errors

If you find an error on your invoice, email us within 30 days of its date and we will correct it.

Business plan

Custom Business contracts follow the cancellation and refund terms written in that contract.
